It is amongst the oldest houses of Symi, constructed in the late 19th century, and can be reached by car (parking is available on the back of the house) or on foot (130 steps from the main square in Yialos).

The property occupies an area of 182 square metres and the land size is 172 square metres.

The house consists of two independent apartments (upper and lower house); the two were once connected via an internal staircase, so it would simple to convert it back into a two-storey home. Specifically:

Upper House
Main Entrance via a sunny private yard, hallway, living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, small outside bathroom with shower (in the yard).

Lower House
Living room, one bedroom, kitchen, large bathroom with bathtub. There is a large indoor sterna (a water cistern connected to mains water), which is located in the space below the upstairs kitchen and hallway (all enclosed inside the walls). As the house is connected to mains water, the sterna could be converted into an extra room.

Outside Areas
A balcony (accessed via the upstairs living room) and two large terraces (with access from outside) with impressive views of the harbour, the upper town and surrounding hills.
